Since 2015, Susan has been the Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau Academy Chair for the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
She has spoken on panels and moderated events for groups that include the Hong Kong Literary Festival, The Women’s Foundation and La Cucina Italiana (Bologna, Italy), and moderated talks with chefs such as Ferran Adria and Pierre Hermé. She’s taken chefs and food writers, including Anthony Bourdain, Jamie Oliver and Allen Jenkins, on food tours of Hong Kong.
